There have been a lot of changes in the food industry over the past few years, but those changes saw rapid acceleration during the COVID-19 pandemic. Though the industry reported growth in November 2021, the growth that was seen in the industry is challenged by disruptions in supply chains, labor shortages and turnover problems even as demand continues to grow.
